Preparation Method
Rinse quinoa with water. Combine water with quinoa in a pot with a 2:1 ratio. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce the heat. Simmer for 15mins. Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit, covered for 10mins. Fluff with a fork.
