1. 100% organic apples of all shapes and sizes are mashed and exposed to enzymes and oxygen that turn the mash to a caramel color.
2. The apple mash is pressed into apple juice (soft cider).
3. 1st fermentaion: Yeast consumes the sugar in the apple juice to produce ethanol (hard cider).
4. 2nd fermentation: Friendly bacteria consumes the ethanol to produce “the mother” and acetic acid.

How do I consume Apple Cider Vinegar?
A: Shake gently before pouring 1-2 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with water. Sweeten with a drizzle of honey (optional).
