Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of cooking your oats with liquid on the stove or in the microwave, you mix rolled oats with milk or yoghurt, and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you have a pudding-like porridge that is perfect for easy grab-and-go breakfasts. The best thing is that you really can let your imagination run wild with what fruits and toppings you could experiment with your oats. Breakfast would never be boring ever!
Pour oats, milk and cinnamon into a jar and mix them together!
Add in peanut butter and top it up with yoghurt!
Layer it with your favourite nuts and fruits such as Banana, Cranberries and Cashew! Sprinkle some chia seeds in the middle!
Refrigerate overnight and take it out in the morning for a wholesome breakfast!
